In 1965 an architect began planning residential colonies in Haryana. Sixty years on, his family is still building, now in its third generation, and still answerable for every address that carries its name.

  1. 1965

    Where it began

    Surinder Kumar Jain, an architect, starts planning and developing residential colonies in Haryana.

  2. 2002

    The move into Delhi

    Sunil Kumar Jain, a Chartered Accountant, enters real estate with independent floors in South Delhi.

  3. 2004–05

    ONE Group is formed

    The company is formally incorporated and begins acquiring land across North India.

  4. 2008–12

    The first landmarks

    ONE City townships open in Rohtak and Agra. Three malls are delivered in Ghaziabad, and the 125-acre ONE Farms takes shape in Sohna.

  5. 2012–22

    New cities

    Townships launch in Rohtak, Bahadurgarh and Mohali, alongside affordable housing delivered in Rajasthan and Haryana.

  6. 2022–25

    Seven launches

    Seven new projects go to market across Mohali, Gurugram, Rohtak and Bahadurgarh.

  7. Today

    The next chapter

    Udit Jain and Apoorv Jain now lead the group, with new projects planned across the NCR and Mohali.
